Call for applications

Programming 2024-2025

Ahkwayaonhkeh is proud to launch its very first call for applications. In preparation for its 2024-2025 programming, the center is inviting Indigenous artists and curators to submit a project.

Ahkwayaonhkeh is the first Wendat artist-run center located on the Nionwentsïo, and its mission is to disseminate current Wendat artistic practices and, more broadly, those of other Indigenous nations. Programming includes professional and emerging artists, as well as a diversity of media. The center is also open to proposals from collectives with an equal number of non-Indigenous and Indigenous artists, provided the application is submitted by an Indigenous person.

Send us your application by filling out the online form.

Deadline: March 3, 2024 at midnight.

Please note that you must be a member to exhibit at the center. To become a member, ask for the membership form at: coordination@ahkwayaonhkeh.org
